If you think ‘mission’, ‘vision’ and the like are senseless, you need to get yourself a compass.

The NUS Netball Club aims to create higher awareness and greater participation amongst its community – in courts, in campus, in Singapore.

Just like women have rowed on tough waters and dribbled balls across courts and fields, men should now pluck up the hidden courage and play this game of roses (used to be). This is not a rosy game. We value equality; Men are definitely welcomed to join us at the courts.

Our weekly training sessions on Tuesdays see netball enthusiasts, from freshmen to alumnus, interacting and exchange pointers in every game. You see sportsmanship displayed, new friendship forged.

Steering the direction for this academic year (2007/8) is the 6th Management Committee. 17 vibrant and undaunted men and women, and as a united team, will bring new milestone to the club. Read more about each of us here.

OUR VISION

To promote Netball as a healthy, fun-filled and competitive sports to the public.

OUR AIMS

To provide a platform for netball enthusiasts to gather and play netball.

To promote netball to all men and women of NUS and in Singapore.

To assist in organising netball competitions for inter-faculty games.

To create public awareness through the organisation of a national-wide (Netballuxion 2008) netball competition for all ages, men and women.
